At Hennepin Autism Center, we provide one-to-one child to therapist ratio, using the Applied Behavior Analysis approach.Each individual receives comprehensive assessment based on evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy also known as science of learning and exploring human behavior.
What to Expect from ABA Therapy.
The goal of ABA therapy is to assess current abilities and develop individualized plan to improve behaviors by teaching real-world examples and skills while providing reinforcement to decrease negative behaviors such as tantrums, physical aggression and self-injury behaviors and support positive outcomes.
